We stopped by McDonald’s to review the return of the legendary Changeables Happy Meal — one of the most nostalgic Happy Meal toys of all time! 🍔🤖
Originally released in 1987, Changeables transform classic McDonald’s menu items into robots and dinosaurs. For 2026, McDonald’s is bringing them back for a limited time, featuring 16 updated characters, each with their own name and personality.
Changeables officially returned on January 27, 2026, after becoming the most requested Happy Meal toy ever across social media.
